The Abstract lists details of 6 earlier indentures: (i) 18th & 19th Nov 1713 Isaac Read, Beaumont Cum Moze, Essex, Yeoman to Nathaniel Bantuck, of Chatisham, Suffolk, Carpenter for cottage and land "..adjoining to Bromley Heath and abutting upon the road leading to Little Bromley.." ; (ii) 6th & 7th June 1729 Nathaniel Bantuck . and Susana his wife, and Benjamin Chippington Little Bromley, carpenter ; 5th June 1729 Benjamin Chippington and Nathaniel Sherman of Lawford, Essex ; 1st April 1745 Benjamin Chippington and Samuel Jackson of Lawford, Essex, Yeoman; 28th August 1795 Benjamin Chippington of the Parish of Little Bromley, Carpenter and Hannah his wife, and Benjamin Carrington of the Parish of Little Bromley "..cottage and Tenement and a Carpenters Shop (thus divided into two Tenements) and three roods of Land.. adjoining to Bromley Heath and abutting upon the road that leadeth to Little Bromley on the part of the south and upon a road leading to Great Bromley.." ; Trinity term 1799 Benj.
